Ever want to visit a real ranch in the mountains, be a cowboy or cowgirl, and ride a horse off into the sunset? Well, dust off your boots, put on your cowboy hats, and shine up those spurs for a real western ranch experience every weekend at Rancho Oso!

We offer horseback rides for beginners to experienced riders ages 8 and over and hand-led walking rides for "little wranglers" ages 7 and under. Call 805-683-5110 for ride reservations.

Weekends include wagon rides, riding lessons, cow dog demonstrations, petting zoo, roping a calf on the "roll-a-roper", campfires with S’mores, ice cream social, sing-a-longs, and a mouth watering western style BBQ with steak, chicken, and children’s meals every Saturday evening. We even have wine tasting for the adults!
