My husband is on on the USS Ronald Reagan and we were blessed to be able to spend the weekend at your ranch while the ship was in Santa Barbara a few weeks ago. We brought our three children and had one of the best weekends we can remember! I have to thank you from the bottom of my heart for extending such a generous offer to the families of the Ronald Reagan. Please know how grateful we were!

Our children are ages 13, 12 and 5. The older two usually dread things where all of us are there because we have to do things that all of us are able to enjoy which usually means they don't get to do what they want to do or they have to help their younger sister. This was NOT the case at your ranch! They all had so much fun. They went horseback riding, they played tennis, they played pool, watched a movie, roasted marshmallows and personally, the best part, we all sat and played games and had fun. There was no television, no cell phone, no computer, it was just good family fun!

The meals were amazing and the staff was even better! I could go on and on about what a wonderful experience this is, but please know how impressed we were! Everyone was smiling and seemed to generally love their job. It was crowded with all of us military folk there and not one person seemed to mind. Everyone was all smiles, very helpful and a joy to talk to. We were thanked over and over not only for my husband's service to our country, but also my children and I were thanked for our sacrifice. It is a rare occurence that I am thanked, but I don't believe my children have ever been thanked and I feel that their sacrifice is much greater than mine.

We loved this ranch so much, we made reservations even before we left to return in May. I can't wait. Thank you, thank you, thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for the most wonderful family vacation we have had in years! Can't wait to see you all again in May! Patti W."

I wanted to thank Donna for an incredible ride yesterday. She made my girlfriend's birthday so special. Her warmth and attention are so appreciated and her love of the outdoors and horses was infectious.

As a television production, there are often last minute changes or additions to scheduled events and your team's flexibility and understanding was key in allowing us to naturally shoot and capture our cast's experiences. From the wranglers to the cooks, all who our cast and crew interacted with were professional, friendly and understanding of our needs.

One individual really stood out, your manager, Bill. As a manager myself, I can recognize someone who is an outstanding employee and who works above and beyond to represent his organization in the best possible light. He was patient with everyone, extremely helpful when asked questions while remaining both polite and friendly. On Saturday he not only led the ride, worked hard all day, served at the barbque, he also stayed to help clean up. Amazing.

“What a glorious spot this has been in which to spend time. …The warm, knowledgeable and helpful staff and the joys of a working ranch where newborn calves nurse, horses are patiently shod, and wranglers prepare steeds for trail rides up into the hills.
